He actually did invent that one game in the 80s, his only positive contribution to society.

Oooh, is it that game where you have to guess a number? I mean he didn’t invent it but I’m sure he wrote it at some point.

On an video done by common sense skeptic, he mentions that Teslas business plan was layed out by the original founders up until the launch of cybertruck. Indicating that Musks only major contribution was indeed the Cybertruck. He also has a couple of patents, one for the shape of the charger socket and the other one I can’t recall.

Yeah iirc, he boasted a bit about that and there’s alot of engineers that responded to various comments about design oversights saying most of it was musks design, it was designed how he wanted it the way he wanted it, agianst the advice of engineers. They saw some these problems miles away but that car specifically was musks baby, his personal magnum opus, his personal design.

Probably a reason them being vandalized hirts him even more, not only is he an arrogant petulant child, that really is “his” creation. Treats it more like his kid then any of his children which “died” to wokeness.

I just looked it up, it does not look like he made his degree up, but there was an issue where he was going to get his Economics degree in 1995, but stayed an extra 2 years to dual major in physics, then claimed he got the physics degree in 1995 instead of 1997 in business deals. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/musk-physics-degree/

That’s because xelon is a nothing, and has always been a nothing. Money does not make you something. All republicans/conservatives are just the uncool kids that will never be cool. They don’t understand what “cool” actually is. And when they try to be “cool”, it’s just cringe, cringe, cringe!!!

    never designed anything

i am convinced that he at least had a lot of say in the design of cybertruck. the sheer amount of design flaws on that thing is just too many to believe it was made by actual engineers without any input from a barely literate troglodyte.

He just happened to get lucky and invest in 3 of the most influential technology companies of the past decade despite basically the entire planet telling him it won’t be possible.

    He just got lucky 🙄

This is a stupid fucking way to attack Elon. There are better ways to point out he’s a drug addicted criminal.

This is what capitalism gets you. You don’t get leaders who get where they are thanks to their hard work or that they’re better at what they do than others, you get entitled shitheads who never work a day in their lives and get everything handed to them, with zero work ethics and zero knowledge of how to do anything.

People who defend him claim he’s a super genius who invented electric cars and space shuttles straight out of his balls, so it does make sense to call out the fact that he himself didn’t create any of these companies and he’s not the one doing any of the development, all he has is money, all he does is shout and put his X on other people’s things.

Yes he had starter capitol. 200m being generous. His investments have outpaced the stock market by a magnitude of 25. More than that probably.

He is likely the most successful investor on the plant at the moment where he has out performed the richest of the rich.

The guy is a fuck face but this meme/argument that he was just lucky for 25 years on multiple live changing tech is silly. He might be bi polar but he clearly knows good tech and how to nurture a company.

When he tried to weasel out of the Twitter buy, I bought a bunch of stock because I knew he couldn’t get out of it and it was way over the valuation.

Musk being a dumb fucking shit head helped me make some good money. My only regret was not buying more.

Then why hasn’t everyone who started out with a couple hundred million grown it to over 300 billion? I mean, if it just happens naturally, even to incompetent buffoons, then why don’t we see more people with 12 figure net worth’s? There’s thousands of people that start off in life with access to millions, but less than 2 dozen people have a net worth of over 100 billion.

Gee, I guess there’s more to it than just simply being rich.

…You know what I hate? I hate how fucking idiotic people become when they talk about someone they don’t like. It’s like they don’t even stop to think if the insult they’re using makes any good damn sense. Musk is a deadbeat, drug addicted, Nazi piece of shit; but it’s a such a fucking brain dead take to try to claim he hasn’t accomplished anything in business.

Like, Michael Jordan is by all accounts a terrible person. There’s lots of things you could say about him, but saying Musk just lucked or coasted his way to the top is like saying Michael Jordan wasn’t good at basketball.

Do you not realize that dumbass statements like that actually make things worse? All the boot-licking tech bros who support Musk use opinions like yours as evidence that anyone who criticizes him is a smooth-brained idiot and then they dismiss the actual, legitimate criticisms.

I fucking hate this world. I’m getting to a point where I just wish everything would burn to the ground because everyone on both side of everything is just so fucking stupid. Idiot fascists are taking over everything and those on the other side just sound like whiny children because they’re too fucking stupid to realize that just because someone is bad, doesn’t mean literally ever bad quality can be attributed to them.

So are you stupid or a liar? That’s not how companies have worked in forever, he has golden parachutes built into his contracts and would flee the companies with guaranteed pay if he drove them into the ground.

That is how all publicly traded companies work. Yes he gets a large pay package, it was contractually guaranteed when he took the job as tesla CEO, but he still carries the responsibility of the fate of the company. Want to see how that works? Look at the former CEO of Intel Pat Gelsinger. Went from getting 20 billion from the biden administration to the verge of bankruptcy.

Name one thing Elon has done himself, alone

Scam his way further up. He’s been excellent at claiming e.g full self driving car or colonizing Mars were “just” years away, repetitively, and we are still waiting. What is nuts is that investors accept to STILL be waiting despite his predictions been clearly wrong.

So… even though I agree he didn’t invent anything significant, he is the best grifter ever.

Elon musk has a few patents. Nothing revolutionary and some not even related to his current venture. But his companies successes come down to his ability to promise completely unachievable goals.
