Is this true? I’m not sure why anyone would lie about such a thing, but, still… is it true?

Have you tried pairing them with peanut butter, and possibly a couple slices of bread? I like both peanut butter bananas, and peanut butter and banana sandwiches, but don’t care for bananas by themselves.

Peanut butter makes em bearable in like a shake, but otherwise not for me. It helps with the flavor, but not the texture.

And honestly I can just slam one down no problem now, just not my favorite thing, but they’re amazing for recovery after working out so I do it anyway.

Banana scents/fake flavors are even worse tho, absolutely disgusting to me.

Yes, it’s absolutely impossible to live a healthy life without eating bananas and liquorice believe it or not. You actually have to consume loads of liquorice to stay healthy.

Yeah. There was a restaurant near me that had a hive in their ceiling, and the whole store smelled like banana

I’m not sure that I would classify that as “proof”. In my life, I have patronized many restaurants that had beehives present, none of which smelled like bananas.

I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just saying that I would like to see some evidence that’s a little bit more substantial/conclusive.

        Edit: removed the patronizing part

You know, as I was typing that out, I was thinking “why would anyone believe me”.

The complete events that unfolded sound like a story where everyone clapped for me, so instead of sounding like a kid making shit up, I’ll just say, it smelled like bananas, I told someone the bees thing, and a week later the place shut down for a few days while a massive honeycomb/hive was removed from the ceiling.

I read about the smell on cracked in like 2008 and just parroted the info later, which turned out to be true, at least in this case.

I searched it and the consensus is an astounding yes, this is somewhat true. Here’s an interesting article from a guy (take it with a grain of isoamyl acetate) that suggests it’s not as bad to eat bananas around bees. 🍌🐝 🍌 🐝
