(write up shamelessly stolen from moderndukes in ye ol hellscape)

For those unaware of the PWI lists, the criteria are Achievements, Influence, Technical Ability, Variety of Competition, and having a minimum amount of Activity for the period from October 1st 2024 to September 30th 2025. Last year minimum activity caused Mercedes Moné not to be included and this year it most notably leaves off Becky Lynch.

Here are the Top 10 for the Women’s 250 this year. Parenthetically I have written their place on last year’s list:

spoiler

#1 Mercedes Moné (2024: not listed - too few matches)
#2 Toni Storm (2024: 1st)
#3 Saya Kamitani (2024: 89th)
#4 Tiffany Stratton (2024: 32nd)
#5 Stephanie Vaquer (2024: 6th)
#6 Iyo Sky (2024: 13th)
#7 Athena (2024: 10th)
#8 Sareee (2024: 7th)
#9 Naomi (2024: 30th)
#10 Rhea Ripley (2024: 3rd)

Shout out as well to this year’s Ms Irrelevant, the #250 wrestler: Manami from Sendai Girls.

The whole list is online for Pro Wrestling Illustrated subscribers, and will be (I assume) in their newest issue when it drops, as well as via Libby should your local library be partnered with them. Or your local Port o’ Call once someone gets it/scans/uploads it.
