Correct, and correct. But Vance will be seen as a MAGA traitor for removing Trump, and they will have a very hard time getting their messaging straight.

I think that would also lead to a power vacuum. Vance might get the big boy chair, but the stringpullers will get antsy with midterms approaching.

Escalation or capitulation.

Escalation means explosion of all the tension that has been building since inauguration, and that won’t last long as it will be utter chaos and good for nobody.

Capitulation means Vance. But that doesn’t necessarily preclude escalation down the road with him.

If I was a betting man, I’d say capitulation - MAGA politicians will throw Trump under the bus, MAGA voters (read: morons) will reject Vance, Bannon, Miller and Thiel will panic and get messy, and then some people will go to prison.

Oh yeah, it’ll get worse. But that’s what will get him out and everyone in prison.

Basically their hand is forced: escalate or capitulate. I’m not 100% sure which will happen but I am 100% sure it will be one of those two things within the next two weeks.

Soon. When the safety nets start failing.

However, Trump will likely be removed by his own people in a matter of months, and Republicans will pretend to be victims of an elaborate scheme. It’ll probably work too, because anyone who is a supporter of Republicans today is a literal moron, or psychopath.

So this is how you know you’re the fucking bad guys, if any MAGAs are lurking around here.

They are either starving people for leverage, or starving people out of malice. That’s it. Those are your only options.

If you support a government that starves people for leverage, you’re a fucking asshole.

I’m very, VERY thankful Trump and MAGA are finally collapsing. 3 months from today Trump will not be the president. 3 years from now, most of these people will be dead or in prison.

This has truly been a positive day for the world

This is great, and we should definitely all be happy. It’s a positive sign.

That said, this will merely cement in MAGA’s mind that the only path left for them is consolidating power, and FAST, as they will never win fair midterms.

Don’t fool yourself - they know their goose is cooked as soon as they lose power. So you’re going to see an acceleration because of today’s elections, not a come to Jesus moment for MAGA.

We can all help by praising Mike Johnson for blocking Trump’s wishes.

Would be a shame if we were to make a big deal out of that and Trump caught wind.
