3·1 month agoCan eddy current brakes bring something to a full stop? I thought the fin brakes in roller coasters are eddy current brakes, but isn’t there a physics limitation that prevents them from fully stopping the coaster?

Beer is essential 4 things; grain, hops, water and yeast.
Grain: cartels limiting shipments out of the grain basket.
Hops: A group that is very “anti drug” destroying hops since they come from the same category of plant.
Water: an addictive adulterated is being added, so they can charge more.
Yeast: someone figured out how to combine “speak with animals” with “speak with plants” letting them speak with fungi, convinced the yeast to stop working.

48·2 months agoWhile all these things may help, the whole theater experience kind of just sucks vs home viewing. If it’s not a masterpiece of visual art meant to be experienced at scale (think Dune), then having to travel, being on someone else’s schedule, in a room full of people with widely varied movie etiquette, paying $10 for a box of candy, and sticking to the floor is generally a no go.

The Devs spent a lot of time making sure you understand the game in the first 30 minutes. 80’s Devs didn’t do that and it shows in how hard the learning curve of the game is.

Slice it thin and cook it golden brown. Deep fry it if you can. It’s better than bacon.
