I like how Zelda games often have a distinct art style between each other, but the plastic look is a bit offputting, although I’ll probably get used to it. It’s the way things that shouldn’t shine do shine, and then the rain makes everything super shiny.

I’m closing in on my goal of completing my collection (ignoring the new pack for now). Does anyone have a Crustle ex from Pulsing Aura to trade?

I have nostalgia for the team rocket cards they released early on for the physical cards (must have been >25 years ago now…), so these are pretty cool just for that.

In their minds, they trade numbers and avoid tax because they’re smart, and they worked hard to get to a point where they have a passive income. No luck involved, just brains and effort.

I have one Hoopa for you. Looking for Jolteon (mega rising) or Crustle/Flygon (pulsing aura). Those three are preferred, but can also do for Typhlosion/Mega Sharpedo from the latest pack.

I’ll take any I don’t have from the latest pack (you’ll be able to see which when you share). Otherwise just accept it as a gift.

I work in the civil service and there’s this sense that we have to try using gen AI because central government is pushing it as the solution to unlocking productivity and saving the UK economy, even if it’s not suitable for our jobs. I was checking FE, and from Nintendo themselves, the download is £58.99 and the physical is £66.99 (I think full game rather than key card?). Is this the first game where digital is cheaper on release, or have there already been others?

Ah, Fidough has no retreat cost. I was thinking you’d need 2x generator to put them on your bench, then 2x elemental switch to put them on active, but then you’d still be needing 4 more pokemon in your hand/bench. Needs luck to pull off, but probably unbeatable when it works.
