Minnesota Timberwolves@lemmy.world•[Final] The Timberwolves defeat the Celtics 119–115
2·17 days agoA clutch win against a team with a winning record. I’ll take that every day.

Minnesota Timberwolves@lemmy.world•[Final] The Timberwolves fall to the Suns 113–114
2·25 days agoOof, I really thought we were going to beat a team with a winning record there for a minute. 🫠

Minnesota Timberwolves@lemmy.world•[Final] The Timberwolves fall to the Nuggets 112–123
1·1 month agoTough way to end the game when we were tied with 9 and a half mins to play. If we’re even average shooting from 3, this game is very winnable.

Gaming@beehaw.org•Five years from launch the PS5 is a roaring success, so why doesn't it feel like it? [Eurogamer]
31·1 month agoExclusives? So PS5 isn’t as good as PS4 because you can play more of its catalogue on other platforms? This feels like a bad take to me.
People here already mentioning a lot of other good points that I think are bigger contributors to the feeling of the PS5 being less successful than it is.

B2b wcf appearances, looks like they’re running it back this year (minus Alexander-walker). I think it will be an entertaining year. Should give the rest of the team more time to gel, and young players more time to develop. I’m looking forward to it.
I don’t watch enough non-Timberwolves games to make an educated prediction about anything. 😂

0·8 months agoINSANE PLAY. Absolutely unbelievable. Did they give an explanation of why the bucket counted though? I thought it had to be completely off his finger before the clock expired and in the frame-by-frame replay it looked to me like it wasn’t? Am I misunderstanding the rule? Did they have a better camera angle?

2·2 years agoIs this any different than the reports that coaches always file after literally every game about officiating errors?
Baffling decision by the NBA to not suspend him for doing something so blatently dangerous and disrespectful. The man is throwing a toddler tantrum and the NBA is basically just looking the other way. If it was an accident that happened once, I would understand, but it was multiple objects.

This shit is ridiculous. I know it’s real, but it’s just so unbelievable that it looks fake.
