11·8 days agoYeah the cooling on those was bad. The towel trick (I used a stick in the fan) would make it overheat even more, reflowing the solder joints and fixing it

10·28 days agoI’ve worked on a fairly large farm, and guess how many pickups they had? Zero. There’s a van, if something doesn’t fit, put a trailer behind, still doesn’t fit, tractor with a trailer.

7·1 month agoHere’s what I use. With the hard drive replaced with an SD card and a bigger battery it plays music for 75 hours straight. And with the FOSS RockBox firmware I can just drag my music on it.

In a lot of cases, yes. 99% of the time when designing electronics / electrical circuits you can safle ignore them.
The odds of coming across this specific number was really really slim.
Actually, the odds are exactly the same as any other specific number
