French Atheist. Ce n’est pas un Dieu bon. Or something, I don’t speak French.
Guinness floats on a ton of stuff. Black and tan, snakebite, etc. There’s a whole bunch of drinks that are just Guinness on top of something.

They had invented black and white film by then.

I still see calls for eliminating minorities in Steam forums, and not very subtle ones at that.
My code is not that pretty. Move the eyes to the wrong place and add three. Remove one clavicle. Right arm is a tentacle, left arm is a robot one, back arm is a crab. Not a crab’s arm, a whole crab.

Mifepristone, which was first approved by the FDA in 2000 as a safe way to end early pregnancies
So it already went through approval that included trials and studies back then and has been on the market without effects significant enough to investigate for 26 years.

That’s not even enough for a ballroom.

Science. Technology. Engineering. Math. Long ago the four disciplines lived in harmony. Then everything changed when the PhDs attacked.

When wife gives you lemons…

Since we’re talking about ovens, I’d like to remind you all to pull it away from the wall and tighten the connections on the terminal once in a while. Because of the amount of electricity going through the connections, they can go through enough expansion/contraction cycles they loosen, heat up, and catch fire. And cleaning up fire extinguisher residue from everything in your kitchen sucks (if you don’t have an extinguisher, go buy yourself and a friend one as soon as you can). https://youtube.com/shorts/4TixCZv08Us for a quick look at what I mean.

I first heard about using tomato soup in cake from https://www.midcenturymenu.com/black-magic-chocolate-cake-made-with-condensed-tomato-soup-a-retro-recipe-test/
It is the only chocolate cake I have ever enjoyed. Ymmv.

no stupid questions is to allow you to ask things you might be embarrassed about, like things you “should” know already as an adult, mildly taboo topics that people generally aren’t willing to talk about in polite company, or questions that might come charged with a bit of controversy. I’m sure that doesn’t cover all the cases, but that’s the general vibe I get.
Ask: what’s the velocity of a swallow carrying a coconut? I can’t find an answer after a few days of research and it’s really hard to catch one to attach.
nostupidquestions: Is anybody else attracted to sparrows?
nostupidquestions: what’s a chafing dish for?

Watership Down would have a warning that says: Fuck, this movie isn’t for kids. Why would you do this to them?

Hopefully the sequel has fewer spikes.

I’ve used Mindroid in the past and got good results from it both for stimulation and relaxation, but balancing a phone on my face for 20 minutes made it a bit inconvenient and I eventually stopped.
I’ve also used lights as an alarm clock and that was much more pleasant than noise-based ones.

Slogging through Trails Beyond the Horizon. The story has so many irons in the fire that I can’t be bothered to keep track of it all, which makes progress super slow with short sessions. I’m hoping it’ll catch me soon, but having to go back to small potatoes after saving the world two or three times just makes the start feel extra slow.

Didn’t get purple, was just by elimination. Happy I got blue, those kinds are usually harder.
“You should get the Electrum tier. It comes with a +5 to all d20 rolls. It’s only $80 a month if you do a 5 year plan.”
Got beauty in the eyes, I’m sure.
