Afaik (and I may be completely wrong on this, please do correct me!), prions are primarily tied to neural tissue, aren’t they? In which case, we can always throw away the heads… Not much of a waste there, anyway…
Also remember to process the feces properly if you want to make manure.

No worries, I love agriculture! Not my first manure processing rodeo:)) To be fair, probably gonna need to mix it up with a lot of extra nutritious stuff given the crap which is sold as food nowadays…
