minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink3•3 months agoUSPS does the last mile, so I guess if you use an alternative carrier it wouldn’t be stopped at the border and fulfilled as usual, unless USPS actively looks at the from address and blocks it and the handover as well.
Every package I’ve gotten via DHL was fulfilled by USPS, though. Do they even have the infrastructure to handle their own deliveries?
