Like others have said, it’s on the roadmap. the roadmap (found here) that was cleaned out and archived 4 days ago? and turns out it was not public either for a longer time They just need (or want) to add vector layers first. what do you mean by vector layers? SVG graphics come to mind but that doesn’t seem to be related
