'A Minecraft Movie' from Warner Bros amassed $10.55 million in Thursday previews, the best ever for a videogame movie. The outlook is a huge $100M opening at the box office.
Went to see it last night. Cinema had about 30 people in it, mostly young people (15-25)… I didn’t hear one audible laugh the whole movie, maybe a couple of chuckles. After the movie, most people leaving were saying how awesome it was… I spent most of the movie hoping my recliner would malfunction and crush me to death
