    Seems like a case where it might have been an actual accident. Sexual harassment is bad, but we as a society do need to figure out how to handle occasional actual oopsies without ending somebody’s career.

        Do we really care what somebody is doing during their lunch break? He presumably wasn’t doing it in front of staffers or in a public place.

          No, he was just sending it to a female attorney. Double bad luck that it wasn’t to a male attorney.

            My comment and this thread is based on the premise that it was an accident. If you’re not going to engage based on that premise, there’s no discussion to be had.

        It could have been a series of accidents. Maybe he tripped and fell? And then was trying to call for help… and then uhh…

          Y’know what? I agree, but it stopped being in privacy the moment he sent the video to the city attorney.
