Well it doesn’t actually fail the mission, but everyone in the room immediately starts blasting with their big automatic weapons and all you have is a pistol with literally no cover to hide behind.
I do love that the game just lets you go for it though.
You can still absolutely shoot him in the head, although it basically means mission fail.
Fail… not sure, I did it a lot of times. Didn’t feel like failure.
