My body is not a commodity. My body is mine, and it represents my freedom. It doesn’t matter if I’m fat or slim and muscular; I don’t have to trade it in exchange for likes, attention, or fans. I don’t have to use it for affiliate marketing or as thirst trap material. I don’t have to go to the gym or be active 24/7 for the happiness of others at the cost of my well-being, and I can eat and drink whatever I want.

Physical health is important as mental health. No not perfect or anything that matches stupid standards.

But if you eat poorly you may start to feel poorly.

I agree that our body is ours and do what you want to it. I also feel that it has to carry our brain around and that our brain requires certain things to stay healthy. Such as sleep to rest.
