What’s so ridiculous about this is that even if you accepted the administration’s insane belief that anti-Zionism = antisemitism, antisemitism isn’t a crime. As conservatives have spent decades demonstrating, practicing openly hateful speech against minority groups is protected speech by the first amendment. Half of Republicans in Congress would be in jail if hate speech were illegal.
