Thats a completely legitimate statement and not equivalent to “100% under no circumstance ever can you hurt your head when wearing a hard hat”. If youre crushed by a 10t steel block, your head will be hurt. So would takeaway be “hard hats dont prevent head injuries”?

I never called it useless mate, I meant that it doesn’t have a hundred percent success rate for its original use.
Because its better then raw doggin, and pretty much the only option for preventing STDs at all, even if not 100%
