Odd thing to say, as the religion these people claim to follow (and the “book” attached to it) is a reworked and simplified (i.e. monotheistic) believe system started in what is now Iran and Iraq. And if it wasn’t for “Arab” maps and maritime science, Europeans would never been able to start their colonial sea expansion and, subsequently, the great-great-great parents of this scum would have reach the Americas … just saying.

That’s an interesting topic, separate from the MainTopic (RFK is an absolute idiot). I’d push back on the idea that Portuguese and Spanish exploration was fundamentally based on Arab teachings: they drew on knowledge from many sources and developed their own navigation practices. Still, Arabic-speaking scholars helped preserve, develop, and transmit important astronomy and mathematics that influenced Europe.

Likewise, Islam emerged in a late-antique world shaped by Judaism and Christianity, among other traditions.
