The Chinese secret police was spying on me jacking off!!! 😨😨😨😨

“Unmarked white van”, that’s just someone taking the same route that has a van for personal/work-related objectives (such as moving heavy and/or big equipment/items). That shit happens so much in my life, I would die of a heart attack by now with such a fear.

1st and 4th title sounds like someone with actual paranoid delusions. I mean, police do exist in China and so it’s not impossible they could track someone who seems suspicious, but generally the point of secret police is that you aren’t aware that they are onto you, not that it’s super obvious they’re following you yet they’re doing nothing to stop you.

I honestly don’t know in detail, but burlemarx is presumably correct about them having intelligence service… which like, I’m pretty sure most countries have as part of their operations (spying on each other, spying domestically to keep an eye out for threats). But like they said, I don’t think their priorities are going to be tracking individual youtubers, especially in ways the youtuber can obviously observe. If they are monitoring that kind of thing at all, they are probably gathering data in aggregate and looking for signs of disruption to the social order (like Yankee-funded terrorist shit). We live in an age where people often carry around a potential location tracker without even thinking about it (their phone). Following somebody in a white van (and unmarked too to make it more suspicious) is like something out of a Yankee film from decades ago.

So there is secret police in the sense of clandestine monitoring and there is secret police in the sense of “oh my, creepy, what strange and disturbing things are they up to.” And I think it’s safe to say most countries have the 1st one, but the 2nd one is more what the video title implies and plays into the “scary commies disappearing people” narrative.

Beyond that, I am not well informed enough on the specifics and would benefit from knowing more.

I don’t think they have a secret police. They do have a secret/intelligence service but I’m sure they are not concerned with YouTubers doing stupid stuff.
