“I think this is another example of why it’s good for people to know their neighbors,” San Carlos resident Dominic Parry told FOX 5/KUSI. “Not saying anyone could have done anything, but I think people need community. Oftentimes they’d be outside, spending time as a family, and it always seemed like they were having a good time.”
