Shane Millan pleaded guilty to making several female immigrants show their bare breasts during virtual processings, threatening to hinder their entry into the country if they didn't.

A former Border Patrol agent pleaded guilty to two civil rights violations last week for demanding that women expose their breasts to be admitted into the United States, officials said.
