Well, we didn’t need to be an associate member the last time we died for Europe.
Yeah, we definitely weren’t associate members of any kind of commonwealth group of countries.
That really doesn’t seem right. I would have assumed Canada would have fought withe the EU without needing to be a member. That’s literally what NATO is for and we were all onboard with that.
It won’t be like being a full-member, but rather being able to form and build things beyond what we already have with them.
We can think of it not like getting married, but more like being friends with benefits ♡
