Did a remodel on a gas station about a year ago . We did none of the low voltage or fire alarm .

They’ve been having trouble with their FA company ever since. Nothing was done right the first time and had to be re-done.now that they’ve finished everything , they’re asking that we make the final connection from the fire alarm control to the e-stops for the gas pumps.

I have a little experience with controls but I want to make sure I understand what I’m doing here .

From the FACP we have a silent knight relay box. Which has allegedly been wired up correctly . Coming off of that is a MR-101 control module with a 24v hooked up to 0&24. The other side of the module has NC, com, and NO with nothing hooked up yet .

My boss says just find the closest junction with an e stop in it. Take one of the low volt wires, break it , and hook it up to the NC and com. This should give us the desired result of shutting down the pumps if the FACP goes off.

I trust my boss and know he’s got my back if anything goes wrong . I’d just also appreciate the input if anyone is knowledgeable on these systems because this is slightly outside of my skill level.

Also, I should add the mr-101 was burnt up before I did anything . I can’t get continuity between any terminals and there is a sneaky little burn mark on the board itself. So I can’t do anything until they figure out who is going to pay for the relay. I just want to be confident when I have to go back.
