Four-day work week success in Germany

Germany trialled a new four-day work week with great success, as 73% of companies will continue to only work four days out of the week.

They call it the ‘100-80-100’ concept. This means employees will retain 100% of their salary, work 80% of the time, but contribute 100% of their output still.

        How’s the weather in St. Petersburg? Or are you in Moscow, Тролль? Do you have heat at Bolshoy Kislovsky Pereulok? Or are you at Prospekt Novoyasenevskii, Building 23?

        If you’re in Canada, I hope they’re at least paying you and you’re not doing their work for free.
