Can I connect to the same ip address on VPN ?

So let’s say I connect to an ip address for example (11.22.33.44) then I reset my connection and when I try to reconnect again I connect to a different IP (11.22.33.55)… Is there’s any way I can connect to VPN via same IP even if I restarted my connection ?
