Q1: Things like Tailscale will not work in the mentioned countries; So how is it possible to use a VPS?

Q2: Are there better alternatives for [redacted] to get a cheaper VPS with lower bandwidth? ( with around 2-4mbps download)

I’m trying to build a VPN using [redacted] as CSP, Flatcar as my OS and Tailscale, but I heard Tailscale doesn’t work in some countries, what is the solution for this?
