So I am buying my first car, looking for a used Sedan, newer model with ideally less than 40,000 miles. I have about $15,000 cash that I can spend right now and the rest via loan/financing. 755 credit score.

Looking for general buying advice as well as cars you think might be worth it. I say $23,000 budget, but can go for a more expensive option if really worth it

Things I want-

Reliable Good mileage Modern interior safety features, esp blindspot Leather seats Adaptive CC helps Not totally ugly from the outside

Cars I have been looking at(barely looked, wanted to come here first)-

Civic Hatchbacks/Sedans Not finding too many in this price range that meet my reqs. Mostly in low 20ks.

Nissan sentras Have a lot of my more vain wants and cheaper than civic. Seen some in in high teens price wise.

Hyundai elantras/sonatas Basically same thing as the nissans, cheaper with more of the wants. Also in high teens price wise. Scared of theings ive heard about the oil sith these cars.

Honda accords Mostly over the $23k range for models after 2021. Ive also previously driven an 03’ accord and then a 15’ accord hybrid so wanna switch it up a bit.

Camrys/Corollas So ugly to me except 2025 models but so reliable

Mazda 3 Considering it cuz of reliability but also not a fan of their looks.

Again looking for both general buying advice for my situation and cars that u might like based on what ive said.
