Hi, Could someone please suggest hardware for a server that can comfortably run a full arr suite w/plex, while hosting a Minecraft Spigot Server for a few friends, and with nextcloud.

Sometimes there could be up to 5 people streaming on Plex both out of network and in network, while stuff is being torrented, and with people (5 maybe?) in the Minecraft server.

I have an old 8th gen i9 iGPU computer laying around somewhere too.
