I don’t know, I think any government saying that they will hunt and kill people is pretty bad. Maybe something more along the lines of investigation and prosecution. I’d even accept using necessary force to protect citizens, territory, and those of our allies that we have promised to defend.

It’s a quote tweet quoting a propaganda video about ISIS. I’m not so ignorant as to completely dismiss the possibility that this wasn’t JUST directed at ISIS, but cutting out the quoted tweet and just showing the quote is misinformation and i don’t think that helps anybody at the moment.
