We must increase electricity production from wind, tidal, biomass, and solar energy, and continue to expand the scope of natural energy utilization.

In accordance with the Party’s will to increase electricity production from natural energy in North Hwanghae Province, a high-capacity solar power plant is being built in Eunpa County.

Currently, the first phase of construction has been successfully completed, and power system construction to supply electricity to factories, enterprises, and residential areas in the provincial capital is being promoted in the final stage.

Under the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, the province selected a site for the solar power plant in a hilly area of ​​Eunpa County that was favorable for construction, and subsequently finalized the scale and construction plan. Based on this, organizational work was carried out meticulously to push forward the construction in earnest.

The Do-myeon Trade Management Bureau, which was in charge of the basic construction, concentrated its powerful construction forces and heavy machinery and carried out the work on a grand scale from the very first day the construction began. The bureau’s officials and employees worked day and night, carrying out massive excavation, stone wall construction, and earthworks with lightning speed. As a result, they achieved the feat of constructing a circular road spanning thousands of meters on the mountaintop and completing the leveling of a large area of ​​the mountain slopes in a short period of time.

In accordance with the organizational work of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Intensive Lecture and Propaganda Team and the Mobile Art Agitation Team rushed to the construction site and roused the builders to create heroic achievements through powerful frontline-style economic agitation.

Provincial Party officials frequently visited the site to check on the progress of the construction and resolved any issues in a timely manner, while also providing a large amount of support materials to boost the enthusiasm of the builders.

The members mobilized for the construction created innovation in the installation of thousands of support pillars, keeping the flames of continuous innovation high. Not to be outdone, the engineers and craftsmen responsible for installing the solar panels contributed to ensuring the quality of the building by establishing rational installation plans and carrying out all work in accordance with technical regulations and construction methods.

Many solar panels are spread out like a folding screen along the ridge in the hilly area of ​​Eunpa-gun, attracting people’s attention.

With the momentum of successfully concluding the first phase of construction, the province is further accelerating the next phase of construction.
