So I went to Miata’s at the Gap, running the Tail of the Dragon along with a couple thousand other Miata’s and had a blast. But when I got the pics from Killboy, the color of my car is just washed out and wrong. It really bugs me because the Soul Red Crstyaline is such a pretty color. Here’s what the color should actually look like:

Is there a way in Affinity Photo to fix this? I’m on iPad Pro btw.

    I tried it out with:

    • tint more magenta
    • very slight cooler temperature
    • HSL tuning of reds increasing pink and decreasing luminosity

    I think the color matches better OPs perceived color, but I’m not a pro and color management drives me crazy sometimes - that’s the reason why I felt picking up this old post would be fun :)

      Nice work! I agree with you that I think that’s a much closer match, although I’m not OP so hopefully they’re still hanging around to see this! 🤞

      Love picking up little tinkering tasks from older posts. It’s fun!
