Need to work on me and my relationships. Will watch Scotland Women vs Wales tomorrow though, should be good to see some world cup rugby

Hope yous are having a better time of things

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Plummer. I stumbled across this guy on yt. Brain the size of a planet but also taught me i may be in the same boat you describe. He wrote a book designed for old cunts like us that might be undiagnosed

May be worth a look to help sort your head out

The thing that he said that freaked me out was when he told his friends they went hmm

When I mentioned it might be a thing with my friends the all said finally

My GP has told me I will never get a diagnosis as im an old cunt living a semi normal life and the people doing it are overworked

Yeah, an official diagnosis does fuck all useful in later life too. More interested in making life easier, happier for us all

And more reading is helpful currently. So thanks for the recommendation

Sorry to hear you’re having a tough time of it but try not to beat yourself up, it’s not necessarily all your fault… To answer the question: sinking a few pints ae hame brew & watching South Park for some reason!

Thanks, it does take two to tango, but I’m in work on me mode to start. And the new south park sounds great fun, not holding back at all

Totally fair, nowt wrong with trying to be better but I also mean that if people don’t accept others’ different perceptions/understandings then they’re also at fault. Like everyone has to accommodate for each other’s struggles because we all have something. Just be good to yourself is all!

Edit: corrected placement of apostrophe on others’

Sorry to hear that. Take your time though and work out what you need before you start trying to do anything else. Hear if you ever want a chat.

Lol this was no where near as sophisticated! Just guys that like, and are good at, mixing house music, who hire out a room in a club maybe twice or 3 times a year. 200 tickets, mix of older folks and the young team!! Absolutely danced the hips, legs and knees sore!!

2 days before my holiday i had a melt down bad enough my daughter is worried about me.

One thing about remote working is your colleagues dont see the impact of their shit while their family has to pick up the pieces

O think im done being understanding and am going to start managing their arses out the fucking door

Under-performers often need to realise that the job is making them miserable too. Sadly the programming job market ain’t hot in Scotland currently. In years gone by they would have just jumped, but I’ve noticed a trend of sticking around at the moment. PIPs are hard, I do warn you, but it is short term pain for long term gain

Yeh. They plave i work is stupid stable in terms of staffing. They pay pretty well for the work so morons never leave knowing they won’t get so good else where.

Its the reason I worked there 10 yrs and counting

On my way to visit mum’s grave. It was a few years ago now, so not still raw feeling. But wish I was going to see her instead.

Talk to her anyway, you’ll still know what she’d reply, her love is still with you
