I’ve been really happy with Tangerine. A little cheaper than Aussie, and I’m able to get static IP without paying extra (handy for web hosting!). It’s been a long time since I’ve done a speed test, but when I did, I was reliably getting slightly more than the advertised speed during peak hour.

edit: whoops. I’m in Brissy. I doubt it’ll make a difference (I thought this post was in !australia or !austech or something like that), but thought you should know just in case it matters.
