On the latest episode of The Verge's Decoder podcast, Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe told guest host Joanna Stern why the EV maker continues to pass on Apple's CarPlay — both the standard version and the more advanced CarPlay Ultra. Echoing his previous comments on the matter, Scaringe said Rivian is focused on offering a "seamless digital experience," where customers do not need to switch between its own software and CarPlay.

No worries, I admit I’ve been guilty of the same thing. Fair warning, that a small number communities have specific rules for posting in them and you may run afoul of the rules unintentionally (this community isn’t one of them that I’m aware of).
Fair warning. There’s a women only one I just blocked so that I don’t end up making a wrong move there.
To be fair to rivian, they’re making a good vehicle it seems. I’m simply averse to truck-y things.
