No. If any of its gone bad, it should be the coating. Its basically either going to work as normal or give you, basically, food poisoning. There’s a possibility it does both.

If its bad enough that it no longer works so well as a painkiller, more is probably not going to help, unless you enjoy shitting out both ends.
