Sorry, I’m a complete beginner. I wanted to sign up for Perchance, but I can’t find a login or registration form. When I click on Login/Register in the top right corner, I’m always asked for my password, which I don’t have yet?

Got here from your post randomly showing up on my feed, don’t know anything about the site but having gone to it just now, have you tried just putting an email in and any password to create? It may automatically create an account if there’s no match for the email. It’s an odd design choice but I’ve seen it before
i believe its what boobs said. just enter the password you want as if you had already made the account and were logging in.
