Except Biden and his bootlickers did exactly nothing to keep the fascists from returning to power and do exactly what was promised by project 2025 Pardoned Hunter though. Congrats.

It kinda felt like Biden’s entire presidency was waking up knowing that fascist hell was coming. One could tell after Jan 6th, the Russian invasion of Ukraine made it clear, the midterms confirmed it, and Oct 7th enshrined the impending reality.

We did have a couple weeks of optimism though after he dropped out and before the campaign intentionally shit the bed.

So he did give us that.

I think many ITT need to hear this: perfect is the enemy of the good.

Hope and strive for perfection, sure! But anyone looking for a candidate that is going to exactly mirror their own own views on policy are as misguided as those who voted for the orange shit stain because he “talks just like me.”

Biden was, for lack of a better term, normal. He didnt make a show out of every single little in thing, in an effort to convince us he was smart, or tough, or attractive to the opposite sex, or any of the other dumb as fuck shit the insecure as fuck man baby and chief does every day and did every day during his last term.

I get not liking Dems, I really get not liking Hilary. I can understand not liking Harris. But this guy? This fucking guy??? How in the sweet fuck did this fucking loser become anyone’s first pick?

It would be nice, however, to not feel like I must choose between the lesser of two evils every damn time I vote.

I did. Because I knew, from the moment he got the nomination in 2020, that Trump would get a second term. You cannot fight fascism with the ideology that lead to fascism.

It would be stupid to disagree with this.

The number of foolish idealists who will literally fight against their own goals to feel superior and like they are better for either actively supporting fascism or sitting by on the sidelines will never cease to amaze.

There are 3 major groups of morons to me:

    • The “lets make a third party!” morons

    • The “I am morally superior for not voting” morons

    • Of course, the actively malicious “I let the billionaires tell me that them fucking me was actually brown people’s fault” morons.
