    Responding to a question, Matt smiled, “the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, not just the people who have worked in the bank, but our millions of customers.”

    The difference is obviously to milk the customers.

    Okay with fleecing customers out of their money, but can’t dare hurt the precious shareholders.

    Are there such things as not-for-profit banks? Or, who is closest to respecting their customers?
