I LOVE THIS IMAGE

It’s so 1999 Dorling Kindersley, found in a library, smells like sweet glossy paper. I love getting immersed in the abstraction of people’s lives and activities, details of the buildings. Like you can really imagine going for a walk around there. I love that it’s bright and happy but not dishonest, either. The entire color palette 👩‍🍳🤌 So many lovely details at just the right zoom to tell what they are while still allowing you to imagine the specifics. This image is making me realize what a great form of abstraction simple distance is
