Summary
A veteran detective investigating a string of jewel thefts along the Pacific Coast Highway begins to suspect the crimes are connected to a disciplined, elusive thief operating under a strict code known as “Crime 101.” As the chase intensifies, hunter and hunted form a reluctant understanding that blurs the line between justice and admiration.
