I see a bunch of concept art 3D recreations, some with attribution, some not (like the stylized shovel). Something about this post in particular feels off and incoherent. Especially the overly jiggly “animated” versions on artstation. Like someone either used AI output as a starting point, or “enhanced” some screenshots of a scene, or both. I’m not gonna make any claims here, but I will say that the details in this image lack any deeper thought, regardless of how they were produced.

There are no symmetrical elements where there should be. Check the rungs on the ladder on the right. The roof over the window with S element, the main bldgs A style roof is lop-sided.

Too many elements are off. Things that should be symmetrical are not. Almost all windows are different in design for some reason.
