what a goal
Incredible build up
What is Ange feeding them?
Not lasagna
What an amazing team goal
I feel dirty upvoting this, but it was class…
That’s like an instruction video for quick build up.
Crazy that people still think Kane leaving and Spurs leading the table is just a coincidence.
They have a been playing incredible team football as a unit.
The coach change from pragmatic football to this is a big reason too
I don’t think it was anything to do with him as a player exactly - he could fit in to Ange’s system brilliantly - but I do think his presence itself came to dominate things a bit too much. Given his ability, work ethic, and time at the club, everything tended to defer to him more than was entirely healthy.
As an example, I’d cite the fact that he was generally first in line to take our attacking free kicks - despite his success rate with them being… sub-optimal. It wasn’t Harry’s fault, but in some ways his commanded too much respect.
So so well worked omg
Ange ball
Spurs are good now wtf
First assist for Johnson
Johnson diff
Beautiful goal. So smart to pass it around the back for literal minutes until Palace is finally forced to press.
STUNNING
What a hit Son
that was so clean, imagine spurs wins now premier after kane left
It would be funny but look at their schedule is going to be rough.
Chelsea/wolves/villa/city/west ham/Newcastle all in a row.
Then towards the end of the year it’s west ham/Forrest/Newcastle/city/Arsenal/Liverpool all in a row.
Of those teams coming up only City and Chelsea are rough. Back end of the season is tough, for sure
Villa and Newcastle are definitely not shit, I’d be pretty happy to come away with four points from that.
Champagne football
We aussies prefer to call it goon sack football
What a goal
Jesus Christ what a beautiful goal.
Ruined a perfectly good “winning without a shot on target” stat there, Son.
Think of the statisticians!
:)
Literally the moment Palace start pressing we score lmao
