Panthers acquire Senators captain Tkachuk in blockbuster deal to unite American brothers

The Ottawa Senators have traded captain Brady Tkachuk to the Florida Panthers, the team announced on Sunday. The Senators will receive the No. 9 and 25th overall picks in the 2026 NHL Draft, as well as a top-10 protected first-round pick in 2029, and a second-round pick in 2027.
