I would call social services for an abandoned baby. I don’t believe in souls or reincarnation, so would never think to assume the baby is a reincarnated or time traveled or otherwise magicked person.
We’re a product of both nature and nurture; that baby isn’t going to live the same life my lover did so is not and never will be the same person as my lover.

Knowing her life story, I would take care of her and give her the life she deserves
Not sure I understand the concept, but I’d probably leave her where she was. Without her memories she’s just another baby.
