when im on my home wifi its fine and before mobile data and everything worked, but a few days after I rooted my phone (aka today) it just stopped working. When I connect to anything but my family members hotspot (yes that includes mobile data) it has an exclamation mark next to the icon and my vpn doesn’t want to connect cause I have no internet

what I have tried:

rebooted a lot of times

reinstalled my lineageOS version (from the updates page in settings)

changed APN

disabled my vpn and dns

tried in safe mode but I couldn’t even unlock my phone

checked for any apps that might block the connection (I have none as far as i know)

im using a nothing phone 1 and LineageOS 23.2 sep 2 btw

I have no idea what I have done wrong

EDIT: I connected to our modem thing (which didn’t work before) and now it works!!! I still have no internet if im not connected to wifi though
