I’m using Oxio, quit Telus about 2 months ago. Had to buy my own router tho, the router Oxio supplies needs google play services to set up, which I dont use.

Most recently (before Telus gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse) I was on Lightspeed as they offered the best prices for the speed I wanted. I’ve also been with Teksavvy in the past and was happy with them.

@[email protected] I was with Lightspeed before but in my experience it was kinda shit, it’d go down often enough to be a bother or limit the speed to something lower than I was paying for :/

I’ve heard of Teksavvy, why did you switch away from them?

The only issues I ever had with reliability on Lightspeed was due to the last mile infrastructure run by Shaw/Rogers that affected their customers as well. My speeds were almost always a bit higher than I paid for.

Teksavvy was just expensive in comparison.

I’m assuming you aren’t in a Novus building? If you are they are supposed to be a good choice.

I’m with Novus. They’re small and only service specific apartment buildings, but I have fiber speeds for the same price I used to pay for Teksavvy (who I also liked, but they don’t offer fiber)

I like them because their customer support is actually helpful. Sad that that’s no longer normal.

Yeah, I really wish I could get with them but I unfortunately live in a house. Already submitted my address for them to consider.

Too bad! If they do expand to you, I’ve been super happy with them. Rock solid reliability and top notch speeds. My mom is with them now too on my recommendation and she’s also had no complaints.
