I think the phrases “illegal war” and “war crimes” are redundant. WTF is a “legal” war?
Something that Ukraine is doing
“War I’ve been told to support is legal, other wars are illegal (we don’t talk about morals here because I’m American and morality is decorative at best, but usually shunned as weakness).”
One with a formal declaration and a stated goal.
