And not Churchill alone. Being overfocused on one or two people ignores the system. The people should be taken together with the system that created them or they created/maintain.

In Stalin or Mao’s case, they were people who were part of the govts ehich tried to industrialise and advance the countries.
Churchill and British Raj were not like that, keeping India as a colony.
