Hi people, I just wanna know how’s your experience with the iPhone 15 pro and 15 pro max, since it got backlash regarding overheating and thermal design issues, titanium build and many more, even though Apple promised to solve it through updates, so are they really gone or there’s still something bugging the phone? How’s the overall experience been with you guys?! Please comment below!
All good. Couldn’t be better 15pm
15pro natural titanium…
Came from a OnePlus 8 pro, first iPhone since the 4S
I love it /fin
It’s fine. Your informal polls will tell you very little that’s statistically significant.
So far amazing, i went for 15 plus black and this is the first time i moved to plus side now m not getting back
I upgraded from 14PM to 15PM. I actually love the phone. People will hate me, but I’m a case free user. Ever since then I love how the phone feels. It’s pretty quick too. Especially, with Siri. Moreover the cameras look the same yet there’s some speed boost here and there. Portraits are much faster now. Raw doesn’t take much more time to process than before. I haven’t tried log yet I love the action button.
Face ID is way better the graphics insane with Xbox streaming
Overheating but now it just overheats with charging
Just great with titanium 15 pro max…. From a 12 PM
Just over a month with 15 pro max. No problems. Good battery life. Wishing it was a little larger. I think it will take great photos but need to play around with it more.
Just the freaking keyboard lagging here and there. Can’t take this shit anymore lol
I’m on 15 Pro. The battery life is average at best. By noon I’m would be left at 40-50% with average. One thing I found surprised in a bad way is the camera continuity that I use for meeting on my Mac. Coming from the iphone 11 Pro Max, the battery drain on my 15 Pro is insane while using this feature, which was not a problem at all with my four year one 11 pro max.
15PM here. Absolutely fantastic phone. Battery lasts me two days with spare change (average user - casual gaming, music, commuting, reddit/internet, daily life/household apps). The powerful camera has been a huge boon to my work in marketing. Builds up some heat when shooting long, multiple videos in 4K, but otherwise no heat issues.
Is this with background app refresh on?
No I always have that turned off precisely to save battery life. Never missed it!
I’ve got one on lunch day. It’s been overhyped. I have not used usbc at all. It’s barely better than my old XS Max and I miss 3D Touch.
My favourite thing about it is MagSafe but that has been a thing for a while.
I’m considering upgrading my XS to a 15 Pro so I can pass it down to my mom. It’ll be a nice upgrade from the 7 she has. I already know I’ll miss 3D Touch for typing and editing text.
Do you notice the better cameras or battery life? What about the 120hz display? There’s been so many times I wished my XS could take low light night photos or just better zoomed photos in general. Taking a nice photo of the moon or night sky is impossible.
There hasn’t been a drastic change in iPhones since the intro of Face ID. The UI has been the same forever.
Yeah battery life is noticeably better, but if you change your XS battery it’ll be just fine for a few more years.
Cameras are sometimes mindblowingly better but most of the time disappoint. Not because they’re worse, they’re always better than the XS, but because they’re not that much better.
120hz display, I notice if I pay attention, it’s really not a big change. I’ve been back to older phones and it’s pretty much the same.
To take a nice picture of the moon or night sky you’ll need a tripod. Can’t do it freehanded.
I will be upgrading from XS Max to 15PM tomorrow as well!! Super excited for it. But since they removed 3D touch, I already knew I would be missing it once I upgrade :( so same sentiments as you
Upgraded to 15pro from 13. No issues. Its not mind blowing or anything. Really don’t notice a difference between it and the 13 aside from maybe slightly snappier and slightly better pictures and video. Just slightly
Awesome
